TRAILER DRIVER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Can drive Lorry Truck and Trailer Truck

Responsibilities:

• Safely delivering freight at various locations, including over long distances.
• Performing truck and trailer inspections before departure to ensure good running order.
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of freight, and obtaining the client’s signature on delivery.
• Securing the freight in place before departure and monitoring its safe distribution throughout the trip.
• Performing service checks on tire pressure, oil, and fluid levels, as well as minor repairs, when required.
• Logging the hours driven, rest stop durations, distances covered, as well as all fuel, repair, and toll expenses.
• Reporting any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to management.

Established in 1895 by Håkon Lund, Lunds Tivoli is the largest and oldest funfair in Norway.

Unlike the rest of Europe, where independent showmen run individual rides, stalls and food outlets, Lunds Tivoli operates their festivals autonomously. Based primarily in Norway, their season runs from February through October. During the winter months they have opened in various destinations around the world such as Dublin, Japan, Bahrain, and most recently Hyde Park in London.

Lunds Tivoli is owned and operated by Lund Gruppen Holding AS which also manages several other companies including Rogaland Fritidspark AS, a theme park located outside Stavanger on the West Coast of Norway and Lund Gruppen Arrangement AS, concert promoters based in Oslo who also offer a complete range of festival inventory for rent.
