Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 to 4 years experience in similar capacity.
- In depht mechanical & technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude.
- With valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality service, diagnose, identify, repair and help prevent problems with vehicle performance and ensure that vehicles operate in safe and reliable manner.
- Provide high quality service to clients.
- Listen to client to learn more about the vehicle history, potential problems and the service clients.
- Performing test drivers, inspection and other diagnostic test on vehicles to identify where problems exists and determine which parts need to be repaired or replaced.
- Generating timelines and estimates for repairs and discuss option with clients.
- Completing preventive maintenance on vehicles such as performing oil changes, flushing and replacing fluids and brakes.
- Help also counter sale and explain customer regarding tire specification at showroom.
- Adherence to the health and safety guidance while performing duties.
- Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills.
- Communicate with tire technician and wheel alignment technician regarding related work.
- Perform the duties which are assigned by the immediate superior time to time.
