- Prepare and bake a range of confectionery delights, cakes, croissant, different kinds of bread, pastries
- Develop new recipes and experiment with flavours.
- Decorate and present baked goods attractively.
- Ensure quality control and consistency.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
