Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in IT systems management.
- Mature attitude with good communication, leadership and planning skills. Good computer skills.
- Degree or other qualification in Computer science, Bachelors of Science in IT or related field.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in IT language and protocols. Desktop Troubleshooting and Power Supply, Laser and Inkjet Printers Troubleshooting, can write code for computer programs applications.
- Configuration, administration and maintenance of the local area network, hardware and IT services for the company.
- Software Administration and Configuration: Co-ordinate with all managers to prepare guidelines and procedures to optimize use of all application programs.
- Set-up and maintenance of anti-virus, firewalls and encryption to ensure protection from external threats. Assigning and monitoring security access of all authorized users of the local network.
