Workshop/Service Coordinator

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• A good command of English written and spoken and an ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred

Job Description

• Receives client requests and completing the required documents
• Inspects the unit for visible damage and missing parts to record on job request
• Delivers job authorization and other document to service manager for further action
• Deals with clients to update them of the status of the open jobs
• Keeps up to date quotation file
• Closing of all the job orders after monitoring each and every paper work.
• Responsible for store inventory including issue of parts
• To ensure all paper work in the job file is correct and that all parts used are accounted
• Prepare purchase requests of spare parts for each job
• Preparing debit note and sending approval mails to each division
• Preparing Petty cash and ensure that all data are mentioned on the invoices
