Job Description:

• Kitchen manager is incharge of all in and out stocks for kitchen must adhere to company standard and proper
• Implementation of food safety, controlling food cost
• Responsible in training, coaching staff to deliver exceptional result to department designation
• Make sure shift and store operation are smooth make sure to achieved targets, standard of food quality maintained
• Especially on customer total experience satisfaction
