MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Relevant certifications and training in motion graphics software are a plus.
• Proven experience as a motion graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics projects across various industries and platforms.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is desirable
• Strong design sensibility and artistic skills, with a keen eye for composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts and ideas into compelling visual narratives through motion graphics.
• Knowledge of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, and visual effects workflows.
• Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to review and refine motion graphics projects to meet high standards of excellence.
• Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and innovate in motion graphics design

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with creative teams, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to conceptualize and develop compelling visual concepts for motion graphics projects. Translate creative briefs and storytelling objectives into
• Storyboarding: Create storyboards, animatics, and visual sketches to outline the flow, pacing, and composition of motion graphics sequences. Iterate on storyboard concepts based on feedback and direction from project stakeholders.
• Animation: Design and animate motion graphics elements, including typography, illustrations, icons, and visual effects, using industry-standard animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or Cinema 4D. Apply principles of timing
• Visual Effects: Enhance motion graphics projects with visual effects techniques, such as compositing, chroma keying, particle effects, and 3D rendering. Experiment with lighting, shading, and texturing to achieve realistic and visually stunning
• Audio Integration: Sync motion graphics animations with audio tracks, voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create cohesive and immersive multimedia experiences. Fine-tune timing and synchronization to ensure seamless integration between visual
• Quality Control: Review and revise motion graphics projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Conduct quality assurance checks to verify functionality, usability, and visual appeal across different platforms
• Client Collaboration: Present motion graphics concepts and deliverables to clients and stakeholders, soliciting feedback and incorporating revisions as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, preferences
• Project Management: Manage multiple motion graphics projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. Coordinate with cross- functional teams, including video editors, producers, and animators
