Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Five star hotel experience in a similar role is a must
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members effectively.
• Customer Service Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor, along with strong customer service skills, is crucial.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills are needed to manage tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling administrative duties efficiently.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and the ability to learn and use company-specific software or systems is often required.
• Multitasking: The capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as greeting visitors, and
  performing administrative duties, is important in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Welcoming: Greeting clients, visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
• Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointment calendars for company personnel, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room bookings.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing,
  photocopying, and document preparation.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate visitor logs and other records as required.
• Special Projects: Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management or other team
  members.
