DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must be proficient in MS office like word or excel
• Must be good in communication skills
• With experience abroad is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Ensures identification of documents and compliance with standard templates and formats.
• Perform quality and compliance checks on all documentation before issuing
• Reporting on the progress of documents.
• Providing Document Control support to project team members in retrieving documents.
• Copy, scan and store documents. Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts. Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams. File documents in physical and digital records.
• Create templates for future use.
• Responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents for a business.
