Job Description:

  • You will be the nurse manager of the floor on which you are assigned.
  • You will be the one that gives the directives and assignments to CNAs.
  • NO doctor on duty to tell you what to do and direct you for each patient.
  • There will, however, be a Director Your assignment will be in a Skilled Nursing Facility- your patients would be in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, memory care.
  • Responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of health care and health services provided to patients.
