QA/QC Coordinator (All Disciplines)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (as per required disciplines) or equivalent acceptable by User Organization
• Must be conversant with the elements of ISO 9000, including quality systems, quality audits and quality records
• Fully conversant in computers operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
• 10 years of experience in the construction or electromechanical maintenance field, five (5) years of which in a capacity as Quality Auditor or Assessor particularly in the field of interest.

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand building plans and specifications to ensure they meet compliance regulations
• Identify violations of construction procedures, codes, or regulations, and issue stop-work orders when necessary
• Check for structural integrity and safety of buildings, checking aspects such as foundations, walls, roofs, and plumbing works
