Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a workshop or maintenance facility.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle, machinery, or equipment maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Job Description

• Manage and supervise the workshop team, including mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and repair plans to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to workshop staff based on their skills and expertise.
