UAB Hephaestus is seeking skilled TIG Welders to join its team in Lithuania. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing high-quality Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on various metal components, ensuring that all welds meet industry standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.

Welder (TIG)

Qualifications:

• Applicants up to 48 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a TIG Welder.
• Proficient in TIG welding techniques and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Good attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Physically fit and capable of performing welding work in various working conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials, joints, and welding equipment before commencing work.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work when necessary.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper use of tools and consumables.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and welding best practices at all times.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
