Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies is seeking a qualified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator (SCADA Operator) to monitor, control, and supervise plant operations through SCADA systems. The role ensures the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of wastewater treatment processes and associated facilities such as pumping stations.

Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical fields.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or SCADA-based control systems.
• Experience in STP/WWTP operations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SCADA systems, process control, and industrial operations.
• Ability to interpret operational data and respond effectively to system alarms.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control wastewater treatment plant operations using SCADA systems.
• Track real-time data, alarms, and equipment status to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Operate pumps, valves, motors, and process units remotely as required.
• Respond promptly to system alarms, faults, and operational abnormalities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
• Record and document all operational activities, system changes, and incidents.
• Support continuous and efficient operation of water and wastewater treatment processes, including pumping stations.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and reports for management review.
