WARRANTY ADMIN

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Warranty claims are submitted to the highest standards,
• Ensure all Warranty claims are submitted following guidelines determined by Nissan/Infiniti and Renault,
• Ensure that there are no pending Warranty Jobs are closed within the given time determined by Nissan/Infiniti and Renault,
• Ensure that you familiarise yourself with all Warranty updates and procedures,
• Ensure that all the Warranty guidelines are followed whilst closing warranty Job Cards, and Submitting Warranty claims,
• Review Job cards to ensure the accuracy is being meet,
• Maintain a healthy working relationship with all internal staff and Warranty principals at Nissan/Infiniti, and Renault,
• Ensure that the best interest of the customers and our Principles are maintained,
• Ensure that all Warranty Paperwork is maintained to the highest standards,
• Report any wrong doings to your supervisor/Manager Immediately,
• Any other duties as instructed by your Manager that may be required
  Responsible for Ensuring that all warranty policies and Procedures are carried out with accordance to the required standards of Nissan, Renault and Infiniti Middle East, throughout the Service Departments,
