Sisban Trofi Food Company is seeking an experienced Waitress to provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to guests. The successful candidate should have at least two years of local experience in the same field and be willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of local experience in the same field.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage service experience is required.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of proper food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to take accurate orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Professional, friendly, patient, and courteous personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to be assigned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Female applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders correctly using a notepad, tablet, or POS system when applicable.
• Coordinate orders with kitchen and service staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Recommend menu items and assist guests with their selections when appropriate.
• Ensure dining tables are properly set and maintained.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times.
