WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a waitress in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, or related field.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience working in 4 or 5-star hotels or upscale restaurant environments.
• Currently employed as a waitress with verifiable experience.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards

Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests, taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow restaurant protocols for food and beverage service, table setting, and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining environment, following hygiene and safety standards.
