Aroma Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Waiter to provide professional and attentive food and beverage service while ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate will greet customers, take accurate orders, serve meals promptly, handle payments, and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience.

WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
• TESDA NC II in Cookery required.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, polite, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling payments.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and courteous service.
• Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections when required.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Handle customer payments and cash or POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged dining and service areas.
• Set up and clear dining tables according to restaurant standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company service procedures.
• Maintain a friendly, polite, patient, and professional attitude at all times.
