Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Food Server, or similar hospitality position is an advantage.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Pleasant, courteous, and professional personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and company service standards.
- Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage items.
- Take customers’ food and beverage orders accurately.
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check customer satisfaction during meals and respond appropriately to requests.
- Clear and clean tables after customers finish their meals.
- Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before and during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining and service areas.
- Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with setting up and closing the dining area as required.
- Process or coordinate customer bills and payments according to company procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance and proper personal hygiene.
- Follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and service standards.
- Perform other duties related to restaurant or hospitality operations as assigned.
