Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Multimedia Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field, as specified by the employer.
• Experience in video production, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, audio recording, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and graphic design software is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid passport with at least two and a half (2½) years of remaining validity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, promotions, corporate communications, and special events.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production plans.
• Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, drones (if applicable), and other production equipment.
• Capture high-quality video footage in studio and on-location settings.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional video editing software.
• Add graphics, motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, visual effects, music, voice-overs, subtitles, and sound effects as required.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and final rendering to ensure professional-quality output.
• Organize, manage, and archive video files, digital assets, and project documentation.
• Ensure all video content follows company branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate production schedules, shooting locations, equipment preparation, and post-production timelines.
• Stay updated with current video production techniques, social media trends, and digital content strategies.
• Maintain and care for video production equipment, ensuring proper operation and storage.
• Deliver projects within agreed deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
