Procurement Manager

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor networks.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or PMP are a plus.
• Multilingual communication skills (especially in English)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to construction project needs.
• Identify and source materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in line with project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Monitor market trends and adjust procurement plans to optimize cost and availability.
• Manage procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks related to delays or shortages.
• Maintain accurate records for auditing, reporting, and budget tracking purposes.
