Ticketing & Holidays Executive

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience 3 Years
• Age between 28 to 35 years old
• Female applicants are preferred
• Salary between 500 to 600 USD net
• Free sharing room staff accommodation with same nationality
• Free Uniform
• Annual 30 days paid vacation
• Free return airlines ticket to home country every two years
• Two years contract
• Transportation from work place to accommodation

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include:

• You must also have a fair knowledge of Travelport saber systems
• Professionally assist and follow through with resolution of guest complaints
• Selling and organizing a tours package (Airlines ticket Hotels and sightseeing different distention’s
• Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints
• Good knowledge working and using social media (Facebook & Instagram)
• Exceptional processing of tickets, be it new issues, refunds or exchanges, including all calculations.
