Lipeng Enterprise Co. Ltd. is hiring Textile Factory Workers to support its textile manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The role involves assisting in production processes, operating textile machinery, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are maintained in a factory environment.

Textile Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Willingness to work in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Experience in textile or factory work is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in textile production processes such as weaving, cutting, sewing, or finishing.
• Operate basic textile machinery and equipment as assigned.
• Inspect textile products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production instructions and work procedures accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Perform repetitive factory tasks efficiently and safely.
• Support supervisors and team members in meeting production targets.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
