SUPERVISOR INSTRUMENT

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all instrumentation works, including installation, calibration, loop checking, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure correct installation and maintenance of field instruments, transmitters, analyzers, control valves, and PLC/DC
  • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools to meet project schedules.
  • Review and implement instrumentation method statements, risk assessments, and ITPs.
  • Inspect instrumentation work to ensure compliance with drawings, standards (ISA, IEC, NEC), and client requirements.
  • Monitor subcontractors’ activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure timely inspection and documentation.
  • Support commissioning and startup activities, including loop checks and system integration testing.
  • Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to resolve technical
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for Instrumentation Superintendent or Project Manager.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce strict adherence to HSE requirements and safe work practices
