Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Technician
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from accredited institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in condition monitoring and maintenance.
- Relevant experience in district cooling plants or industrial process
Responsibilities:
- Manage the activities of contractors, suppliers, consultants to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner, in line with the annual business plans, and policies and procedures.
- Manage the effective achievement of the department’s
- Prepare and recommend the budget for the assigned area of responsibility in alignment to the respective annual business plan and in coordination with the Maintenance and Services Manager.
- Monitor the department’s financial performance against the Design, formulate and execute all Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) activities in a structured manner.
- “Custodian” of Qatar Cool’s CBM program.
- Provide diagnostic and prognostic report based on key CBM technologies such as Vibration
