STORE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Must be in good physical condition and Possesses military exemption
• Has vocational training or higher qualification plus three years of working experience
• Has two years of experience with managerial skills
• Has experience in working in projects
• Has experience in working in the warehouse
• Has a good command of both the spoken and written English language
• Has good computer skills and knowledge of CMMS software
• Has good knowledge of tools and equipment
• Has good skills of quality control
• Has good knowledge of inventory management and Has leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of storage handling and material management
• Reports to Warehouse Manager and supervise storekeeper and store helper
• Administration of material handling and management
• Store inventory administration
• Maintain material records, Preparation of reports
• Supervise the receiving and issue of stocks
• Supervision of material movement task, Handle of stock transfer
• Manage the administration of store
• Supervision of store personnel and of safety and security issues
• Responsibility for maintenance of spares
• Responsibility for cleanliness and tidiness within the storage and workshop areas
• Ensuring the calibration of tools and instruments
• Administration of storage service vehicles
• Administration of computerized spares inventory and control system
