STORE KEEPER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Additional related work experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• With 3 years experience, preferably in a healthcare supply chain organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the issuing, receiving, shipping and distribution activities at the Main store.
• Supervises and coordinates activities at assigned store(s).
• Also supervise on all the deliveries and make sure that the shipments are appropriately processed in accordance with approved policies and procedures
• Hands on experience into supply chain operations and logistics functions to include receiving, distribution, picking, put-away, par management, point of use, and inventory control methods
• Maintain all inventory and receiving related Materials Management systems and analytic information with proper documentation.
• Prepares work schedule for store/warehouse staff to ensure continual coverage at all times.
• Plans storage requirements and conditions at assigned stores in collaboration with store supervisor and staff.
• Reports near expiry, slow moving, and non-moving stock to the Main Store/ Warehouse Senior Officer for proper action.
• Conducts audits and utilization studies as necessary.
• Consistently complies with Hospital policies, procedures and practices.
• Ongoing support and assistance as needed to new initiatives and projects
