Qualifications

• This job requires male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Must have Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and refinery industry experience
• With ARAMCO experience is an advantage
• With ARAMCO Approval is an advantage

Job Description

• Ensures identification of documents and compliance with standard templates and formats.
• Perform quality and compliance checks on all documentation before issuing
• Reporting on the progress of documents.
• Providing Document Control support to project team members in retrieving documents.
• Copy, scan and store documents. Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• File documents in physical and digital records.
• Create templates for future use.
• Responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents for a business.
