SKILLED TRAINER & EVALUATION SPECIALIST

Qualifications

• Associate Diploma holder or less must have minimum of 8 years oil and gas experience in training or education related to function or equivalent skills.
• Minimum 3 years field service/plant experience, preferably supervising in the related field.
• Trained as assessor & evaluator & certified by Saudi Aramco or any other credible & recognized
  assessment authority.
• Focus on relevant skills & competencies in area of job certification (craft).
• Excellent command of English Language
• Basic Microsoft Office capabilities for report writing purposes

Job Description

• Should be willing to drive & perform duties at remote field location or rig site with variable work schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with young employee.
• Experience in developing training manuals and curriculum,
