Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Management and soft skills training in addition to technical training in the field of vehicles and heavy equipment
• Advanced written and spoken English and Arabic

Job Description

• Ensure that all the technical information needed for proceeding the repairs through service team is available – this will enable carrying out the repairs as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Establish a positive relationship with the suppliers to receive their proper technical support
• Set the standard hours/cost for repairing service jobs
• Evaluate and enhance the technical efficiency of workshops’ facilities, equipment and the available special tools
• Assess the performance of the available work force, improve their level of expertise, and assign their training needs
• Participating with the relevant departments to implement the module of Enterprise asset management to develop the current procedures of service jobs registration and cost charging
• Controlling assets operations by implementing vehicles GPS tracking system
• Implement a fully functional process for scheduling the preventive maintenance
• Contribute to determine the annual budget
• Planning with the concerned departments for the implementation of “Equipment & vehicles hire to operate on rental bases” to be implemented in the near future
• Evaluate and improve the procedures of recording job orders
