Site Manager (Construction)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate all phases of the construction process
- Implement project plans and schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
- Direct and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and craft workers to achieve project objectives
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage site budgets, materials, and equipment usage efficiently
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site
