Site Manager (Construction)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / College Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and legal regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate all phases of the construction process
Implement project plans and schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
Direct and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and craft workers to achieve project objectives
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
Manage site budgets, materials, and equipment usage efficiently
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site
