SITE ARCHITECTS

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other construction documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve any architectural issues or discrepancies.
• Provide on-site guidance and support to construction teams to ensure the proper implementation of architectural designs.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and safety in all aspects of work.
