SENIOR TECHNICIAN (Smart lock Installation)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in smart lock installation and access control systems
- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and programming of smart locks
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical installation manuals accurately
- High school graduate or equivalent (minimum educational requirement)
- Male applicants are preferred for this role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure smart locks and access control systems for commercial and residential properties
- Program devices according to client requirements and system specifications
- Test and verify the functionality of installed smart locks and access devices
- Troubleshoot and repair any installation or operational issues
- Follow technical manuals, guidelines, and safety protocols during installation
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system usage
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance, and service activities
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
