Qualifications

• With 10 years of Similar position/Line of work.
• Must have Professional Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare maintenance schedule and plan/manage repair works.
• Monitor and follow up of projects and daily operations progress.
• High-rise building maintenance and troubleshooting, Mechanical and electrical repairs. and Modernization
• Mechanical and Electrical repairs, Modernization and Knowledge and experience in various brands.
