We need the following positions for United Arab Emirates!

TECHNICIAN (CAFM/CMMS OPERATOR)

A Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Operator is responsible for managing and operating software systems used to streamline facility management and maintenance operations. They oversee the implementation, administration, and maintenance of CAFM/CMMS software to optimize facility maintenance processes and ensure efficient operation of buildings and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in facility management, maintenance management, or CAFM/CMMS administration.
• Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS software systems such as IBM Maximo, eMaint, FMX, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
