Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Education (Secondary Education)
• Male/Female – must have a valid PRC Teacher’s License and minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• Must have an Accounting background. To handle Accounting, Business and Management subjects.
• with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Description

• Provide classroom instruction. Adapt lessons to meet individual needs by reviewing student’s background and learning needs
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plan that accommodate all levels of learners in Math & Science.
• Plan and develop curriculum  for daily instruction using Microsoft Powerpoint to design and deliver lecture and facilitate classroom discussion.
• Prepare objectives and outlines  for courses of study following curriculum guidelines of school.
• Create daily activities and assessments of the students.
• Teach lessons that incorporate visualizations, hands on learning, technology and demonstration.

The International Philippine School in Al Khobar (IPSA) formerly known as Philippine Embassy School in Al-Khobar (PESA) was founded in September 1988 by a group of Filipino parents, who lived in the vicinity of Al Khobar. PESA formally started its academic operation in June 1989 with a Temporary Permit No. 001 s. 1989 issued by the Philippine Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) signed by Secretary Lourdes Quisumbing.

On July 25, 1989, the Chief of the Philippine Mission in Riyadh, Dr. Mauyag Moh’d Tamano sent a letter to the Saudi Government Officials assigned in the Eastern Province to inform them of the intent to put up a Philippine School in Al-Khobar under the auspices of the Embassy in Riyadh. The school would follow the standard Philipine Education Curriculum.
