SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience as Secretary to Higher Management e.g. CEO, President or Vice President level in a big contracting Company.
• Must be familiar for different software used for Secretarial Job for Higher Management.
• Must be familiar for preparing presentation, scheduling, recording, and arranging meetings.
• Follow up for outcome of meeting and report to CEO.
• Gulf experience with contracting company will be preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is must.
