SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• Female Applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Secretarial or similar fields.

Job Description:

• Coordinates the overall Administrative activities of the OH’s office.
• Drafts and finalizes correspondence emails on behalf of the OH.
• Receives, coordinates and replies to incoming mails, emails and faxes accordingly.
• Handles company email and send inquiries as per department concerned.
• Follows up on agreements / contracts renewals in coordination with legal department.
• Communicates and liases with new agencies of interest to the Business Unit.
• Manages electronic calendar, make appointments and schedule meetings.
• Make travel arrangements and reservations for the OH.
• Performs other related duties/projects as assigned by the OH.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive in WORD FORMAT (only resumes in word format are accepted)
• Full body photo in corporate attire
• Vocational/ Training certificates
• Valid passport of atleast 1 year
