Scheduler

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  certification in project management (PMP, CPM) is a plus
• Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera 6, or Procore
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (excel, word and etc)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Detailed oriented with he ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software
• The scheduler works closely with project managers, contractors, and other teams to maintain efficient operations and resolve scheduling conflicts
• In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry and advance ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
• responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the project schedules for construction projects
• Involves coordinating with various project stakeholders to create accurate and realistic schedules, tracking progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the timely completion of the project
