Civil Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes, including building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Description:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements.
- Develop project plans, designs, and specifications in accordance with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required.
