Qualifications:

• Female only
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a positive customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop a deep understanding of Sumsum Sweets’ products, including ingredients, flavors, and special features.
• Effectively communicate productinformation to customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Sumsum Sweets’ products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store.
• Use persuasive and effective sales techniques to encourage purchases.
• Maintain attractive and organized displays of Sumsum Sweets’ products to attract customers and stimulate sales.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory shipments.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with other sales staff and team members to achieve overall store goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to customers.

Requirements Needed:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
