Safety Operations Manager

 Qualifications:

• For 24 – 45 years old
• High school graduate/college graduate of the same profession
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, fire safety and protection management, or other appropriate qualification.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
• Communications skills and computer programs (Microsoft).
• Proficiency in technical English
• Functional tasks
• Support the implementation of the company’s safety management system in accordance with ISO 45001 and OSHAS 18001 standards.
• Management of fire extinguishing stations.
• Maintaining the company’s risk management system, which includes processes for identifying and assessing risks, and implementing risk responses; and control.
• Raising the awareness and capabilities of the industrial sector on occupational safety and health practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting various inspections at work sites regarding occupational safety and health, such as periodic inspection and emergency inspection, and recording the results of the inspection in special records and comparing them with the approved standards.
• Preparing equipment and devices for measuring environmental factors and measuring temperature, humidity, noise and vibration using measuring devices, documenting the results in approved records and following up
• Addressing the resulting risks with the competent authorities
• Preparing and equipping the requirements for investigating accidents and injuries, conducting the investigation process, and documenting the results
• Preparing instructions and procedures for occupational safety and health, safe work instructions, evacuation instructions, and educating workers about the instructions and procedures.
• Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports
