Rotating Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and maintenance engineering practices.
  • Ability to analyze equipment performance and technical data.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards, maintenance procedures, and engineering practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify issues affecting reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Perform technical assessments and recommend corrective actions for rotating machinery problems.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.
  • Review equipment data, maintenance records, and technical documents to improve reliability.
  • Assist in equipment inspections, alignment checks, vibration analysis, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance recommendations, and engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, operations personnel, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and industry requirements.
