ROOM RESERVATION MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience in a hotel or in a resort is needed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reservations operations, including the communication Center, ensuring the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed
• Maintain employee discipline, conduct employee reviews, conduct monthly departmental meetings and various briefings on policy changes, new promotions and new procedures
• Ensures the maintenance of accurate reservations records and at the same time ensures that employees are completing all assigned duties as well as following all established hotel / department policies
