Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the same capacity as Sous Chef in a Hotel / Resort or in a Fine Dine Restaurant.
• Proven experience in a hotel or in a resort is needed.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Exceptional kitchen management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
