REGISTERED NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only for this role.
• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Nursing (BSN) and hold a valid Nursing License (PRC or equivalent).
• Proven clinical experience in specialized units: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Operating Room (OR), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Neonatal ICU (NICU), Pediatric ICU (PICU), or Emergency Room (ER).
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, critical care monitoring, infection control protocols, and emergency medical procedures.
• Extensive experience in administering medications, managing IV lines, and operating specialized medical equipment.
• Proficient in reading patient charts, interpreting diagnostic results, and executing physician care plans accurately.
• Ability to respond swiftly to medical emergencies, perform patient resuscitation, and maintain calm under high-pressure clinical environments.
• Good analytical, empathetic, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patient families.
• Physically and mentally fit, safety-conscious, and dedicated to delivering high standards of patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct, specialized nursing care to patients within designated departments (ICU, OR, CCU, NICU, PICU, ER).
• Monitor, assess, and record patient vital signs, medical conditions, and response to treatments continuously.
• Perform clinical procedures, emergency interventions, medication administration, and patient preparation for surgeries or diagnostic tests.
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment, clinical instruments, and emergency supply carts to ensure operational readiness.
• Read, interpret, and update patient medical records, physician orders, and nursing care plans accurately.
• Support multidisciplinary medical teams during surgical operations, critical care interventions, and emergency resuscitations.
• Conduct health evaluations, patient monitoring, and post-operative or critical care recovery checks.
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare safety regulations, hospital infection control standards, and clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical supervisors, laboratory staff, and pharmacy teams regarding patient treatment schedules.
• Prepare nursing progress notes, patient chart entries, shift handovers, and technical medical documentation accurately.
