• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as Xerox machine, Scanner, and more.
• Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Description:

• • Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with requests to the best of your ability.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff members and visitors.
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Monitor and respond to emails directed to the general office email address
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized, ensuring that it is stocked with necessary supplies, such as visitor badges, brochures, and forms
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
