QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The QC Supervisor shall be inclined in technical aspects handling responsibilities for developing adherence to the quality control ensuring the implementation to the shop floor, check and balance, evaluation of incoming materials
• Monitors online inspections and conduct required investigation work to resolve quality related issues.
• Communicates with the management, staff, and clients the requirements of quality’s scope of work.
• Provides appropriate feedback to management
• Understands, executes, and ensures consistent compliance with all company rules, policies, and practices, and take appropriate corrective action when warranted.
• Responsible for managing and appraising team member job performance and recommending
