Grapecare LTD. is seeking qualified and hardworking Production Workers for the Plastic Industry to join its manufacturing operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will assist in plastic production processes, operate injection molding machines, coating machines, or other relevant manufacturing equipment, and conduct visual quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet established standards.

PRODUCTION WORKER (Plastic Industry)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in automotive manufacturing, plastic production, or a related industrial production environment.
• Experience operating injection molding machines, coating machines, or other relevant plastic manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with loading materials, removing finished products, and handling production components.
• Ability to conduct visual quality inspections and identify visible product defects.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures, production standards, and quality control requirements.
• Ability to follow machine operating instructions and workplace procedures.
• Physically fit and able to perform assigned production duties without health restrictions that prevent safe work.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks when required.
• Good attention to detail, particularly in product inspection, labeling, and handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, reliable, disciplined, and willing to learn new production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines, coating machines, and other relevant plastic production equipment according to established procedures.
• Load raw materials, components, and parts into machines as instructed.
• Remove finished products from machines and transfer them to designated inspection or storage areas.
• Perform continuous visual quality checks on manufactured plastic parts according to established inspection procedures.
• Inspect products for visible defects, damage, irregularities, and inconsistencies.
• Separate defective products from acceptable items and report quality issues to the supervisor.
• Check product labels, identification markings, quantities, and packaging to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and report malfunctions, unusual conditions, or production irregularities.
• Follow production instructions, machine settings, operating procedures, and quality requirements.
• Assist with machine setup, material preparation, and routine production changeovers as assigned.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products.
• Clean and maintain molds, formwork, shuttering equipment, and other assigned production tools or components as applicable to the process.
• Keep machines, workstations, and production areas clean and organized.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Handle production materials and finished parts carefully to prevent damage and contamination.
• Record production quantities, inspection results, and other required information accurately.
• Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
